3. Does anything good come of the Angiers or Borden's obsessions/commitments?
On both ends of the playing field, starting with Angier. his obsession drove him to the edge after borden had killed his lover, Angier thrived on becoming a better magician, after Angier heard of Tesla he thought all his problems were over untill Tesla warned him of his over whelming obsession but of coarse Angier didnt take Tesla's advice and let his ignorance get the best of him.
On Borden's outcome of the situation the obsession was just as great though i do find it difficult to understand why borden and his brother would go through the trouble of sealing away seperate lives instead of being known to the world, i mean yea i understand it was to create an illusionbut it was something him and his brother were too commited and starts to become more dangerous to angier in a sense that he asked him if " he wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty."
so in my final statement to wrap up the question i say nothing good came from they're obbsessions and commitments.

Proof blog
3. Did Catherine really write the proof?
well to begin my explanation, of my answer I can say, I wasnt around for the begining of the movie so I missed a good portion of the movie. but what i have seen i can some what make sense of and say she did write the "Proof". Her sister and Hal throught different obviously, but with how she say it was that the one her father wrote made absolutly no sense and im no math expert. but in my knowledge of what i know she wrote it. i do apologize that my assignment isn't 200 words, theres not much more i can honestly add on or say.

Dark Knight Post
question: What is Harvey’s true nature? Is a hero, a villain, or something in between?
Gordon says that everyone knows that Harvey Dent is Gotham's White Knight, and he certainly lives up to that reputation in the beginning of the film, putting away mob bosses and showing no fear or hesitation when threatened with a gun. When his fiancee is threatened, things change; he's willing to use mental torture to get information. After his accident, he kills some of those responsible and allows others to go free. He threatens innocent people in an attempt at revenge. Does doing bad automatically outweight all of the good he's done? Does temporary insanity (if he is insane) excuse his actions?
From the Dark Knight movie i will admit it was my first time seeing it and most would have to take a second look throught to analyze a subject such as characteristics of a person. my thoughts on Harvey Dent's true nature is that he is the in between. Only because i belive that he wanted what was just to avenge the death of his girlfriend, but went about it the wrong way due to the Joker's highly influencing conversation he had with harvey in the hospital.
if harvet were to have been the hero he would have infact stopped the Joker dead in his tracks the momment the joker handed him the gun. but instead he heard what the Joker had to say and listened leading harvey in the wrong direction. playing him out to be more of the villain.

introduction
My name is Makal Bailey, I am just starting my senior year and what better way then making a blog!
What i'm going to talk about if at anytime is literature & film. Most movies I like are either comedy, action, scary movies. so if you can hold a conversation about these types of movies, I can gladly give my input.
